Philo 0.9.1 Released

<a href="http://philocms.org/">Philo</a> version 0.9.1 <a href="http://pypi.python.org/pypi/philo/0.9.1">has been released</a>. This release brings performance improvements, an abandonment of built-in tags in favor of Alex Gaynor's django-taggit, <a href="http://docs.philocms.org/en/latest/releases/0.9.1.html">and more</a>!
